“Moka Roma”
We made our way to Italy on a repositioning cruise ship and picked up a bug on the 17th day of the trip. For the first two weeks in Rome, we spent most of our time recovering in our small yet charming apartment. Each morning, I managed to prepare the coffee, along with some oatmeal or crackers, something Cindy greatly appreciated, as this appliance was quite unfamiliar to her. This little cooking nook in our apartment became a fond memory. The Moka rules in Rome.
