“Moka Roma”

We made our way to Italy on a repositioning cruise ship and picked up a bug on the 17th day of the trip. For the first two weeks in Rome, we spent most of our time recovering in our small yet charming apartment. Each morning, I managed to prepare the coffee, along with some oatmeal or crackers, something Cindy greatly appreciated, as this appliance was quite unfamiliar to her.
